In the middle of the night, hundreds of jeeps drive up towards King Kong Hill where you have the best sunrise view on Mount Bromo. The drive up starts at 3 AM and takes 1 hour.
The temperature will be between 0-10 degrees with a cold strong wind. The small fires at the food stalls are therefore super comfortable.

3.Wander through the iconic rainbow village of Malang – Kampung Jodipan, Tridi, and Biru Arema

Before 2016, Kampung Jodipan and Tridi were nothing more than a dull slum area. But the fate of this village changed after a group of students from the local university proposed to paint the village with murals and colourful hues.
Now, almost every part of these villages have turned into a perfect frame for photographers. The best way to start exploring Kampung Jodipan is from Brantas road bridge, where you can see the colourful rainbow village on one side and the blue village on the other side. And if you’re lucky like us, you may even catch a sight of the local trains departing from the nearby station on the Brantas bridge.
As we made our way down to the village, we found colourful props for more pictures – umbrellas, masks street, and a 3D painting area. A short stroll from the 3D painting area also brought us to the highlight of this village where a glass suspension bridge rests above the river. Across the bridge is where we found Kampung Tridi – yet another rainbow village.

Prices for a tour to rainbow villages ranges that is Rp. 3,000 (Approximately USD $0.20) for each village.

Present participle

A present participle is the –ing form of a verb when it is used as an adjective. Note: a present participle is different from a gerund, which is the –ing form of a verb when it is used as a noun.
The approaching deadline hung over the heads of all the people in the office
Here, approaching is an adjective that is used to describe the deadline.
The leaping flames from the burning building presented the firefighters with the responsibility of protecting other nearby buildings from the growing fire.
Here, leaping, burning, and growing are verbals used as adjectives to describe a noun (flames, building, and fire respectively) in the sentence, thereby qualifying them as present participles.
